Interior ArchViz - Unreal Engine 5 - Lumen and Nanite

I worked on a detailed 3D scene which includes a sofa, armchair, console table, frames, and pots modelled using 3ds Max. The materials were crafted using Substance, providing a high level of realism and texture quality.

I utilized structural and prop elements from Evermotion, which I then modified. Manually optimized some highpoly props and removed VRay native materials in 3ds Max. This included adding an extra window within 3ds Max for enhanced lighting and spatial dynamics.

For lighting, HDR and sky insert a settle direction light and some volumetric fog to create a more atmospheric and immersive environment.
